The luxurious vegetable grows practically right on our doorstep – on the Tuniberg, the vineyard of Freiburg.

When the Tuniberg asparagus arrives, things become truly special here.

You will stay for two nights, and on your day of arrival we have already prepared an evening of culinary enjoyment for you:
a spring aperitif, a greeting from the kitchen, and our classic three-course asparagus menu.

For the main course, we serve Tuniberg asparagus with our own foam sauce, buttered potatoes or Kratzete – accompanied by a breaded pork loin schnitzel.
A truly Baden-style dish: honest and simply delicious.

On the second evening, you are completely free to decide: dining à la carte is possible, but not required.

Booking period: 15 April to 15 June.
Available only while Tuniberg asparagus is in season.

Traditionally, the asparagus season ends on 24 June.
